Mission et responsabilité :
- Facilitate the design and implementation of program related sections of the Country Strategic Plan.
- Document and disseminate Plan best practices from within Plan and from other organizations to promote quality and learning.
- Support program area staff in program design and implementation, ensuring technical support is provided.
- Facilitate the establishment and implementation of standards of accountability, effectiveness and efficiency in the achievement of Plan&
- 039;s Domains and Principles.
- Manage and support in country operations networks for learning and improvement.
- Manage and develop program support unit staff.
Profil :
- Minimum Requirements: University degree (at least BAC + 5) in Development Studies, Social Sciences or any related area.
- Demonstrated excellence in the delivery of health, education, livelihood, water and sanitation, grants support management and community development
- Experience in advocacy and Human Rights based approach in development;
- Proven experience in a similar senior management level in a reputable international organization;
- 10 years professional experiences and at least 5 years experience in related management position with solid supervisory support skills;
- Training delivery skills;
- Speaks, reads and writes English and French fluently.
